TYPES OF REGISTRATION

Each delegate is required to complete a registration form.

Full Registration Fee: For general delegates and travel agents full registration fee covers Airport/Hotel transfers, all Conference activities/sessions, choice of Study Tour on April 24, programmed meals, social events and a Conference Kit.

One Day Registration Fee: Covers all activities on the programme for the applicable day.

Half Day Registration Fee: Covers the am/pm session including lunch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be in writing. A minimum charge of $25 will apply to all cancellations.

Cancellations received between March 25 and April 12, 2024, will be subject to a cancellation fee of US $50.00. There will be no refunds after April 12 and no refunds for no-shows.

  • Bank draft (US dollars) and drawn on a US bank and made payable to the Caribbean Tourism Organization.
  • If you require an invoice or wire transfer details, contact Kim Jackson (kjackson@caribtourism.com) and Patrick Alleyne (palleyne@caribtourism.com).
