Each delegate is required to complete a registration form.

Full Registration fee covers all business sessions, programmed meals and social events and a Conference kit. 

One Day Registration fee covers all activities on the program for the applicable day.

Half Day Registration is for the am/pm session including lunch.

These are CTO government and non-government members and non CTO members.

Registration includes airport/hotel transfers all business sessions, choice of Study Tour, programmed meals, social events and a Conference kit.

Full Payment must accompany registration. Payment can be made via RegFox.com or by credit card or make cheques payable in US funds to: Caribbean Tourism Organization.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be in writing. A minimum charge of $75 will apply to all cancellations. Cancellations received between July 29, 2019 and August 23, 2019 will be subject to a 50% minimum cancellation fee. There will be no refunds after August 23 and no refunds for no-shows.

LOCAL DELEGATES

These include delegates resident in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Full payment must accompany registration. Payment can be made online via RegFox.com or by credit card, cash or cheque which MUST be drawn on a US bank account and made payable to the Caribbean Tourism Organization.

LOCAL TRAVEL AGENTS AND STUDENTS

These include travel agents and students resident in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Full payment must accompany registration. Payment can be made online via RegFox.com or by credit card, cash or cheque which MUST be drawn on a US bank account and made payable to the Caribbean Tourism Organization.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AGENTS AND STUDENTS

REGISTRATION ONLY covers all business sessions, study tours, programmed meals, social events and a Conference kit.

*PACKAGED REGISTRATION includes all of the above plus housing for arrival on August 26 and departure on August 30, 2019 (4 nights), airport/hotel transfers, full buffet breakfast daily, taxes and service charges and internet.

Hotel options are Beachcombers, Sunset Shores and Mariners. All travel agents must provide a business card and all students a valid student’s identification card.

Payments can be made via credit card or make cheques payable in US funds to Caribbean Tourism Organization USA, Inc.
