Biography

Stacey Hines stands at the forefront of digital innovation as a renowned Digital Transformation Strategist and #TechBoss. She is an author, speaker, executive and CEO/founder of Epic Transformation. As a Caribbean tech sector leader with global leadership experience, she serves in public, private and non-profit sectors. Her commitment to women in leadership and to the technology industry is evidenced in her numerous awards, including the Woman of Impact award from the High Commission of Canada; being appointed as the first Jamaican IT Fellow by the Chartered Institute of IT Professionals of the UK (BCS), selected as the second female president of the Jamaica Computer Society in its 47 year history and selected as one of the Top 50 Caribbean Women in Tech by Silicon Caribe.

She has worked in tech C-Suite & specialist roles in the US & Canada and managed technology product portfolios with partners in Australia, Germany, London, India and Africa. Her last few years have been spent between the Caribbean and the US where she has honed her skill as a strategist, business and digital transformation expert and leadership performance coach. She is a Director for the University of Technology Council and entrepreneur advocate who serves on multiple boards.

A women in leadership and transformation expert, her passion lies in supporting people in living, loving and leading lives from a place of wellness. She also loves hosting two podcasts, one of which recently celebrated 5 years on air. “The Balanced Lady Boss Show” serves women with tools for bossing the boardroom, bedroom and their bliss. She’s a PROSCI certified change practitioner, who most recently published a practitioners guide to transformation. She’s also published her personal photo memoir 5 Year Love Affair and a deck of Daily Intention Cards to support mental wellness in adults and children.
